Your role will be to empower adults living with disabilities by providing essential life skills, engaging in recreational activities, and valuable mentoring. We believe that a positive and supportive attitude is crucial for both those you serve and your fellow team members.

While experience in healthcare, human services, or as a CNA is a plus, we encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply. Familiarity with DDS policies and procedures is advantageous but not required.
A valid Connecticut driver’s license in good standing is mandatory.
