As a Job Coach, you will support individuals in their community employment settings, or as a Direct Support Professional, you’ll assist individuals in their day programs. In these roles, you will have the unique opportunity to empower adults living with disabilities, helping them develop essential skills, participate in community activities, and receive valuable mentorship. Your positive and supportive attitude will create an uplifting environment for both those you serve and your colleagues.

Experience in healthcare, human services, or as a CNA is a plus, but we encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply. Knowledge of DDS policies and procedures is advantageous, but not necessary.

A valid Connecticut driver’s license in good standing is required.
