Full-Time Overnight Residential Direct Care
Full Time Overnight Residential Direct Care positions are needed in a variety of community settings in the greater Chester area to provide life skills, recreational activities and mentoring to adults living with developmental disabilities. A positive and supportive attitude towards those being served and co-workers is needed. Healthcare, human service or CNA experience is helpful but not required. Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or other developmental and intellectual disabilities preferred.
Valid Connecticut Driver’s License in good standing order is required.
Hours- Saturday and Sunday 8am-3pm or 3pm – 10pm; Monday – Friday 3pm-10pm or 10pm-8am awake overnight. Must be able to work at least one weekend shift a month.
Starting pay rate is $14.75 – $15.25 per hour depending on status of medication certification. Staff are required to maintain CPR and First Aid while employed.
Part-Time Overnight Direct Care
